To reach Cortes Island, catch the ferry from Campbell River, located on North Central Vancouver Island.
Once you arrive at the Campbell River ferry terminal, follow the signs across Quadra Island to Heriot Bay, where you can catch a ferry to Cortes Island.
The last connecting ferry to Cortes Island leaves Campbell River at 6:45 pm.

Running for more than twenty years now, The Cortes Connection is a scheduled passenger and freight service travelling between Campbell River and Cortes Island, (with stops enroute on Quadra Island). We use modified Econoline passenger vans seating eleven with considerable room for freight.

After you arrive in Campbell River, you can catch Cortes Connection (make phone reservation), get on the ferry and hitchhike over Quadra, or book Quadra Taxi to get from Quathiaski Cove terminal to Herriot Bay terminal, and in Herriot Bay ferry terminal get onto Cortes ferry.
