Cortes Island Farmer’s Markets are the heart of island community life.
Three weekly markets offer vibrant gathering places for local food producers and artisans to sell their wares. Markets are the perfect place to pick up a distinctive gift or bring some healthful love from the ground to your belly.

Day: Friday, year around
The Farmer’s Market at Manson’s Hall supports a local economy by giving local artisans and bakers an affordable consistent opportunity to show and sell their crafts, delectible goodies, and more.
This year-round market runs every Friday from 12:00-3:00pm and attracts people from across Cortes and the Gulf Islands. The market triples in size during the summer and features an additional outdoor market with more local wares, fair-trade imports, locally grown organic veggies and a playground for the kids.

The Gorge Harbour Marina Farmer’s Market takes place every Saturday (during summer months), between 11:00am and 2:00pm. This Market – located near the Marina’s gazebo – features local arts, crafts, baked goods, and more!

Day: Sunday (summer only)
Each Sunday between May 24th and Labour Day, there is a craft/farmer’s market in between the Laundromat and the Cove Restaurant at Squirrel Cove. This Market runs from 12:30 through 3:00 pm, and features local artists, crafts, musicians, farmers, bakers, et cetera.
